Ethan is an exceptional coach who understands what training techniques will best suit the child/player’s ability.

He is fantastic with my kids (girl – 12 & boy – 11), explaining things in a manner which they understand. They really appreciate Ethan’s kind & calm nature. He makes each session fun & different so the kids are always keen to attend.

Ethan provided some one-on-one coaching for our son, who wanted to refine his batting technique and had suffered some form slump as an opening batsman. 

Ethan worked diligently and constructively to provide stroke correction, mental strategies and a program to follow on a daily basis. He expanded on this to include other techniques to support his bowling as well. The difference was immediate. Much more confidence at the crease and scoring runs. He checks in with Ethan every few months to stay on track. 

Ethan is a great role model and technically skilled cricketer. He gave explicit and implicit instructions and had the right measure of nurturing and rigour. He runs a professional and trustworthy business and is good at what he does.

Ethan has coached my son (10 years old) on a number of occasions over the past year or so. He is very practical, calm, technical and focussed on little things to make a big impact – such as the pace of his run-up, or when to release the ball to get maximum impact, batting stance, face of bat etc...all these simple yet critical things.
